Kapteinskloof is about a 2 hour drive from Cape Town (or approx. 180km), depending on your place of departure in the city. Take the N7 north towards Piketberg. Just before Piketberg you will see a PPC cement factory on your left as well as a turn-off to ''De Hoek". Take that left turn until you come to a T-junction. Turn right. Take the next turn-off left towards ''Velddrif, Aurora''. Stay on that road for 20km until you see a little signboard on your left saying ''Kapteinskloof".

Turn to your right onto the gravel road. After about 10km you will cross a small concrete bridge across the Bushman's river. Carry on for another 500m. You will see our stable building and our entrance road to the right. Turn in and stop at the first dwelling. You have arrived.
